We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of original shipment date, in their original unopened and undamaged condition, for clothing items only. (Custom Orders & One-of-a-Kind creations are not included). Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping for the exchanged item if applicable. K-pop In Your Area has the right the reject a return/refund if the item arrives back to us with defect. (Including but not limited to: stained, torn, pet hair, tags removed, or otherwise damaged.) All other items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to the buyers original payment method. (A processing fee will apply to refunds to original payment methods).

All pre-orders are final sale. Due to the nature of pre-orders, all estimated shipping dates may be later or sooner than listed.

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. During holiday season, please allow an extra 1-2 days for processing. For Pre-orders please see the item’s listing for estimated shipment times.

All non-pre order item may be canceled by emailing kpopinyourareastore@gmail.com . You will be given a refund for the items requested for refund, minus a $4 restocking fee.

Charity: We give back 10% of our profits to various charities that provide food, water, shelter and other assistance to those in need worldwide.

Environment: We try to make sure all our packaging is either recyclable or reusable. We offer many clothing options made from recycled materials and our own line of reformed items. Some items we carry are made to order to reduce waste and emissions.
