Kawaii Kove is a place for those with alternative style to seek refuge, a sheltered place full of treasures where those with a wanderlust of fashion can express themselves. Whether your vibe is cute and pink or studded and splatter painted, Kawaii Kove has treasure waiting for you!

Kawaii Kove was born in a North Carolina airport and matured in an In-N-Out in California by Alyssa. She has always had a personal style of many different alternative styles, and could never find a place to shop. Having to go from shop to shop and scour the internet for what she wanted was a long and exhausting process, and she wanted to create place where those also looking for an alternative look could shop without feeling alienated.

At Kawaii Kove, we consider all our garments to be gender-free, and wearable by anyone who wants to make the style their own. We put a heavy focus on quality, comfort, and sustainability while also keeping with alternative styles.

How do you stay sustainable?

We make sure that as many garments as possible are crafted with recycled materials and opt for reusable packaging when at all possible. We avoid producing products that have a large amount of waste during the production process and host pre-orders for special drop items so that we don’t over produce and cause waste.
We also sell upcycled, rescued, and vintage good condition items in our ‘Oldies but Goodies’ Section, ensuring we keep items from ending up in a landfill and finding a new life.

Why do you donate 10% to charity?

Giving back is important to us at Kawaii Kove. We believe we should always try to help if we can, which is why we donate 10% to various charities, choosing a new one each month to help spread the support to as many people as possible.
